UStradetoy.com offered 100% return guarantee if you are not satisfied with item, You can return it to us as per our return & exchange policy. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.
How to return the order:
- If you want to return the order simple email to us (support@ustradetoy.com) or use contact us page.
- You will receive RMA Number or Return label in the email within 24 business hours after send the return request.
- Download and print the label, paste it on the return package send back to us. After received the return package than we will refund the item amount into your account within 24-48 business hours.
Return Terms & Conditions:
- Item return claims must be made within 25 days of receipt.
- Items that have been printed on or altered in any way are not returnable.
- Restocking fees Up to 25% may charge on some items.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept any return if you use the items.
- We do not accept any return unless received damage or wrong item.
Exchange Order:
If you need to exchange an item for a different Color or style, simple return the item after received the item than we will send the exchange item with additional charge the shipping charges to the existing order or you pay with using other payment method.
